Magnet
Interactive fridge magnets
No kitchen would be complete without a fridge. And no fridge would be complete without a set of word magnets to move around. These magnets, being digital, can be edited, coloured, stacked and spread. You can write a whole phrase onto a magnet as well as single words! Electronic they may be, but in all other respects they are designed to be like their attractive, real counterparts. Drag them and drop them. Sort them into categories by moving them or colour-coding them. Flip them over to reveal a reverse side with an answer, or an alternative.
- Copy, colour, and save the resource to re-load later.
- Expand or shrink tiles. They now have a magnetic quality – if you put one tile close to the right edge of another they'll snap together. You can move the joined tiles around by dragging the leftmost tile – and split them apart again if you drag any tile other than the leftmost one.
- Flip tiles over and write something on the reverse side – this being a computer, you can flip and flip and flip – each tile can have as many sides as you want.
- Use the handy menu-bar to control everything.
